Robert Lamar Bridges Jr., born on May 24, 1958, went home to meet his Lord and Savior on May 13, 2017 in League City, Texas.
Robert was born in Houston, Texas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lamar Bridges Sr. He graduated from New Caney High School in 1977. He was a dedicated employee of Matheson Tri-Gas for 35 years. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family, classic cars, working, fishing, and making people laugh. He will be missed by so many and his life will be cherished by those who were blessed to...

Robert was born in Houston, Texas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lamar Bridges Sr. He graduated from New Caney High School in 1977. He was a dedicated employee of Matheson Tri-Gas for 35 years. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family, classic cars, working, fishing, and making people laugh. He will be missed by so many and his life will be cherished by those who were blessed to call him their husband, dad, poppy, family, friend, and co-worker.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gigi Michelle Bridges; daughter, Michelle Lynn Lowe and husband Terry; son, Robert Lamar Bridges III and wife Misty; step-daughter Tiffany Harvey; grandchildren, Robert Lamar Bridges IV, Brooklynn Taylor Lowe, Julian Cruz, Jazmyn Elise Harvey, Bentley Wayne Bridges, Reef McCall Lowe, and Makenna Mae Bridges; sister, Noma Scott and husband John; father-in-Law Phillip Taylor and wife Wanda; cousins, Norman Hamilton, Carolyn Bannister, and Kester Hamilton among many more family members, friends, and co-workers.
